MeDaPro Activity
With the MeDaPro Activity module you have every movement in your PIM system in view. The module combines several activity areas of MeDaPro: The extensive "change history" ensures that every article change, regardless of the situation, is recorded and can be viewed. Even restores are possible.
The "Activity Feed" area informs you about movements in the system. Here, all users who wish to do so are kept up to date on the status of imports and exports and on many other actions.
Change history
Track changes to product data - With the "Change history" all changes to the article can be tracked. Using the available filters, you can check exactly what has been changed on the item (new value/old value), when the changes were made and by which user they were made.
If you want to restore the original state, simply copy the old value from the change history and paste it back. You can also view article data that has been changed by an import again via the change history. You can conveniently manage all settings yourself via the Configuration Manager, e.g. which operations (delete, update and add operations) are to be saved and how long the changes are retained.
Activity Feed
The Activity Feed provides you with important information about the status of imports, exports and actions in the individual modules. Clearly displayed in the cockpit, all persons responsible receive, among other things, an individual status about the success of past imports, possible errors in automatic exports and much more. This includes, for example, deleting an attribute group in the Attribute Manager or deleting an advanced search that is used as a catalog filter. Each user can use the filter dialog not only to select the modules from which he or she actually wants to receive events, but also to influence the level of detail individually.
Windows notifications
The Windows notifications from Windows 10 on are another possibility to inform the user in the best possible way about automated processes and changes in MeDaPro - also outside of MeDaPro. In the filter settings, each user can activate the Windows notifications for himself and also deactivate them again. The notifications are then sent directly to the desktop for all activities, which also appear regularly in the Activity Feed after the settings.
Solution Example
Translate product data quickly
Marketing Manager Gladys Carver @ Miller Ltd. sells its numerous products not only in the German-speaking area, but also overseas and in the Far East. She says: "Manual translation of all data is not possible for us for capacity reasons. We would like to work together with a translation office, or access text modules for smaller texts."
